Innovator Awards
The Innovator Award recognizes staff members who envision and implement new ways of promoting social change. Recipients receive a monetary prize and are asked to share their thoughts about innovation and their winning strategy in Vanguard’s Innovator’s Journal. Their ideas, suggestions and guidance will serve as a personal record of Vanguard innovation. Our awardees are inspiring future innovators and — best of all — they’re advancing the causes that mean the most to our clients and our company.
