Q2: How Does Vanguard Treat the Personal Information It Collects So As to Protect My Privacy?

Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you e-mails based on your request for information. Q4: What Personally Identifiable Information Does Vanguard Collect?

Q5: What Happens to Information I Volunteer in Publicly Accessible Formats?

A5: Vanguard is not responsible for the information you volunteer about yourself in the course of discussions in our blogs, surveys, forums, chat rooms or other forms of publicly accessible interaction, or information that you choose to make public.
We use reasonable precautions to keep the Personal Information you disclose to our Web site secure. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any Personal Information or use our public discussion areas, forums and chats. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from making purchases, including subscriptions, on our sites.

A9: Vanguard provides subscribers and customers the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from Vanguard. If you no longer wish to receive specific communications or services, you may opt out as follows: All unsubscribe requests or opt-out requests should be sent to us at insites@vancomm.com and we will process your request within a reasonable time after receipt. We are not responsible for removing your Personal Information from the lists of any third party who has been provided your information in accordance with this Policy.
