By definition, “service” is at the heart of any public relations firm. At Vanguard, however, we have structured the services offered to our clients based on what they need, not necessarily what we think they need.

While offerings like media relations, events management and graphic design have been a part of our company since its inception almost two decades ago, newer ones such as multicultural and online communications have grown out of industry trends and new technologies. At Vanguard, we pride ourselves not only on being responsive to our clients, but also taking a forward-looking approach to what’s coming up around the bend.

Our staff is comprised of individuals that bring the very best talent to each of the service areas we offer. In 2005, we implemented a new account management structure wherein our service areas are headed up by resident “experts” who track trends and identify ways to either improve our capacity or bring our expertise to enhance the work of our clients. And as part of our corporate culture, we encourage all staff to pursue continuing education, participate in seminars or trainings and engage in other activities that will enhance their knowledge or application of the areas they manage. Our goal is to build the very best staff so that we may bring the very best to our clients.
