Deadline Approaching for Pro Bono Strategic Communications Planning Opportunity

Does your nonprofit need a strategic communications plan? Do you have the will to create a plan but lack the expertise or resources? Vanguard Communications, a Hispanic-woman owned PR firm focused on social change, is offering one nonprofit a pro bono, year-long opportunity to learn the process of strategic communications planning, while collaborating with our team to create a communications plan that’s ready to implement.

At the conclusion of this partnership, Vanguard also will help the organization prepare and deliver a presentation about the plan to its staff and/or board. We’re offering this opportunity (worth more than $20,000 in services) to one environment, education or social justice nonprofit based in the DMV area.

The trainings will be held once a month at Vanguard’s offices at 2121 K Street, NW, beginning in late February 2019 and continuing through December 2019.

If you think your nonprofit could benefit from this collaboration, please completely fill out the application, and submit to Brenda Foster at bfoster@vancomm.com by January 25, 2019.
