Strengthening Partnerships to Improve Education Outcomes

A diverse coalition of civil rights organizations, CHSE was formed to improve high schools so that every student has an equitable foundation for success. Vanguard led the push to build consensus on messaging with CHSE partner organizations, staff and other key stakeholders. We organized Hill briefings, wrote op-eds, branded the coalition and helped build a website, among other efforts to equip CHSE partners and their affiliates with the capacity and tools necessary to make the case for policy changes to improve education outcomes.
