Building Brand Awareness
When CHAP wanted to gain visibility among its audiences and distinguish itself from its competitors, Vanguard stepped in to take their newly established brand identity to higher levels of engagement. We prioritized redesigning and launching CHAP’s website for maximum usability, as that is the key way audiences interact with their brand. We also elevated the look of the organization’s collateral materials — from trade booth exhibits to office artwork — and crafted messaging that reinforces CHAP’s mission to be a true partner for home- and community-based health care providers. With the new brand launched, web analytics demonstrated gains in audience and an increase in overall site engagement with more page views, more time on site and pages per session, and a lower bounce rate.
